The Annual All-Con is taking place this coming weekend in Dallas, TX (Addison, to be more specific) and they have a nice roster of Star Wars guests attending to meet and greet fans of a galaxy far, far away. Gerald Home is best known to Star Wars fans as Tessek – Squid Head and the Mon Calamari Officer in Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi. Mark Dodson voiced Salacious Crumb in Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi, and provided various voices for Ewoks: The Battle for Endor and Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens. David Ankrum was the voice actor for Wedge Antilles in Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope (he overdubbed both Denis Lawson and Colin Higgins throughout the film) and voiced the PA Announcer in Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens. Voice actor Neil Kaplan brought to life the hulking, brutish, bounty hunter companion Skadge in Star Wars: The Old Republic, as well as Imperial Governor Adelhard in Star Wars: Uprising and Bendak Starkiller in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. The convention runs from March 16th through March 19th at the Crowne Plaza in Addison, TX (14315 Midway Road). Star Wars is a big part of All-Con and The Rantcor Pit’s JediCole Houston and Eddie Medina host quite a few games and events. 501st member and artist Bobby Blakey does, as well.
