Lucasfilm and Walt Disney Studios sent us the new placeholder for Rian Johnson’s “Star Wars Episode VIII.” I really don’t want to call this a new logo, since it’s obviously just the “Star Wars” logo with “Episode VIII” slapped in the middle of it. Director Johnson revealed earlier this week that they’ve had the actual title for the movie since its first draft of the script, but aren’t ready to reveal it yet. Until then, we’ll have to be satisfied with this.
