California

Riverside Municipal Auditorium, Riverside, 5/4. Click here for more information!
“May the 4th Fest” will feature DJs, live performances, interactive photo ops, a “cosmic shopping bazaar” and art exhibit. Cosplay as Star Wars characters is strongly encouraged and rewarded.

The Lafayette Hotel, San Diego, 5/4. Click here for more information!
“Film and Float: The Empire Strikes Back.” A late-night screening of The Empire Strikes Back at the club’s pool.

Moonlight Amphitheater, Vista (San Diego County), 5/4. Click here for more information!
Get dressed in your best Jedi robes and pack your lightsaber, because the Moonlight Amphitheater is screening Star Wars: The Force Awakens and hosting a performance by the band “The Millennial Falcons.” Starts at 6:30.


New Mexico

May the 4th screenings of the original Star Wars movies: “A New Hope,” “The Empire Strikes Back” and “The Return of the Jedi.” Tickets to each movie are $4.

Texas

The “May the 4th Family Celebration” will feature games, face painting, bounce houses, Jedi Knight lightsaber training, cosplay content for all ages, live music, Death Star Soccer Shoot out, food trucks, and a sensory-friendly space.

Celebrate with special activities, films, performances, character meet and greets and treats! Enjoy saber battles on the Plaza, themed music, food, crafts and more. Activities are free with general admission. Special showings of Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Star Wars: The Last Jedi. 


El Paso Zoo, 5/4
From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, look for photo opportunities with characters, inflatable obstacle course and viewing of a Star Wars film in the Wildlife Amphitheater. Included with general zoo admission.


El Paso Boardwalk, 5/4
Screening of “A New Hope” at 7 pm. Eat some posole, Salvadoran pupusas or other great foods from several food trucks at the Boardwalk Market, 1773 Pali Dr., off Zaragosa. Event is from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday and includes craft vendors.
