A deleted scene from Star Wars: The Force Awakens has recently surfaced online showcasing Chewbacca and his arm-ripping awesomeness. The scene was partially seen in the recent Force Awakens 3D Blu-ray release, but the violent ending had not been seen. Until now.
There’s no official reason as to why this scene was cut from the movie, but fans speculate that it’s because it’s just too violent and Unkar Plutt’s presence doesn’t really make sense, as The Nerdist pointed out. Still, it’s a pretty awesome scene and definitely backs up Han’s claim of Wookiees being known for pulling people’s arms out of their sockets.
