It’s been a long time coming, but the first trailer for “Star Wars: The Book of Boba Fett” has been released.
Set just after the events of “The Mandalorian” season 2, “The Book of Boba Fett” follows the former bounty hunter after taking over Jabba the Hutt’s underworld crime syndicate in “The Mandalorian” Season 2 finale. Although he wants to “rule with respect,” the trailer proves that won’t be easy.
Temuera Morrison reprises his role as Boba Fett, and Ming-Na Wen returns as Fennec Shand.
Among the announced directors for the eight episodes in season one are Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Robert Rodriguez, and Bryce Dallas Howard.
The series premieres on Disney+ on Wednesday, December 29.
A new poster for the series has been revealed as well.
