ROT5 Celebrates Professional Administrators Day

ROT5 wanted to take a moment to celebrate a few of the Administrators who serve the Galactic Empire. Their jobs are often thankless and even lead to certain death. Especially if they work for Darth Vader. After the jump, you can get a look at some of the finest administrators Lord Vader ever put the squeeze on.

Lorth Needa:

Lorth Needa was a Human male fleet officer in the Republic Navy during the Clone Wars and the Imperial Navy during the Galactic Civil War. Needa and the Star Destroyer Avenger were charged with capturing Han Solo’s Millennium Falcon and her crew. Before Needa could detain the craft, Solo charged the Avenger and landed on a blind spot on the aft of the destroyer’s conning tower; as a result, the destroyer’s sensors could not find the vessel. Believing to have failed his mission, Needa went to the Star Dreadnought Executor to personally apologize to Darth Vader. The Dark Lord of the Sith accepted his apology after making sure that the captain would never fail again. Two Imperial Navy troopers then dragged Needa’s lifeless body away.

Kendal Ozzel:

Admiral Kendal Ozzel served in the Republic Navy during the Clone Wars. In the time of the Galactic Empire, he commanded the Death Squadron. Upon locating the Rebels’ hidden base on the planet Hoth, Admiral Ozzel had Death Squadron emerge from hyperspace directly above the planet—only for the Rebels, alerted to the threat, to raise the base’s defensive shield. Vader telekinetically strangled Ozzel for his blunder.

Conan Antonio Motti:

Conan Antonio Motti was an Imperial officer who served aboard the Death Star as the head of Naval operations during the Galactic Civil War. Motti was extremely confident in his viewpoint that the Death Star was invulnerable, believing that the Rebel Alliance posed no threat to the station. He openly questioned Darth Vader for his failure to discover the location of the Rebellion’s secret base. For this, Vader Force-choked him, which greatly frightened Motti, who realized that Vader could have easily killed him had Grand Moff Tarkin not ordered the Dark Lord to relent.
