New TV commercials for the Disney+ live-action Star Wars series “The Book of Boba Fett” features lots of never-before-seen footage.
The show, a spinoff of “The Mandalorian,” will feature the return of Temuera Morrison as Boba Fett and Ming-Na Wen as Fennec Shand. Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Robert Rodriguez, Kathleen Kennedy and Colin Wilson are the executive producers. Karen Gilchrist and Carrie Beck serve as co-executive producers, with John Bartnicki producing and John Hampian as co-producer.
In the new previews, legendary bounty hunter Boba Fett and mercenary Fennec Shand are seen navigating the galaxy’s underworld after they return to the sands of Tatooine to stake their claim on the territory once ruled by Jabba the Hutt and his crime syndicate.
One of the commercials features a look at Fett’s ship, the Slave I (or whatever Disney demands we call it now), as well as Fett in a Bacta tank, seemingly healing from the wounds he received from the Sarlacc.

“The Book of Boba Fett” premieres on Disney+ on December 29.
